The mark

Same waitress. Same stack. Since '69.

Our mark hasn't changed because nothing about us has either. The pancakes still come hot. The coffee still keeps coming. The woman on the sign still has the same stack she had on day one.

/02 Our story

A neighborhood place that didn't need to change.

Tucked along Edgewater Drive, Christo's has quietly outlasted trends, renovations, and waves of change sweeping through College Park. While much of the neighborhood has evolved, Christo's has remained grounded — a familiar, welcoming presence where locals know they'll get the same thing they came for years ago: good food, generous portions, and a sense of belonging. Since 1969, we've built our reputation the old-fashioned way — through consistency and community. Regulars fill the tables morning after morning, greeted by staff who often know their orders before they sit down. New faces are treated the same way. The philosophy is simple: everyone who walks in is family. Our menu leans into comfort. Greek omelets, stacks of pancakes, hearty Hungry Man breakfasts, and classic sandwiches that don't cut corners. The portions are generous, the coffee keeps flowing, and the experience is uncomplicated in the best way possible. In a city known for constant reinvention, Christo's stands as something rarer: a place that didn't need to change to stay relevant. It simply stayed consistent — and the community kept showing up.

Inside. And out.

Red-cushioned chairs and a Santorini mural inside. A covered porch with ceiling fans and chalkboard specials in front. A sidewalk patio out back. Pick your shift.

/05 The pancakes

Some of the best pancakes in the area. Ask the regulars.

Thick. Golden. Real butter on top, dusted sugar, syrup at the table. People drive in from Winter Park for them. The kid's order? A short stack. The regular's order? Add bacon.

The unpretentious diner is my favorite choice for a casual dining. This place checks all the boxes.

I NEVER finish the entire plate, and have to ask for a to-go box.
TripAdvisor review
Christo's Café is satisfying. I've been twice for breakfast over the last two months and enjoyed both visits.
TripAdvisor review
It's where weekends begin. Where neighbors reconnect. Where generations have sat at the same tables over decades.

Honey, phyllo, walnuts. Repeat.

The baklava sits on the counter under glass — diamond-cut, drowned in honey, layered like it should be. Order one before you order coffee. Trust us.
